Tours normally begin at 9:00 AM Japan Standard Time. The Tokyo First-Timer Private Tour lasts 7 hours. We’ll choose a convenient meeting point together after your request, and we can agree on a different start time when needed.
The listed price covers the private guiding service only. Guests pay their own meals, public transportation, taxis, admission tickets, and other facility or activity fees. yamaapan pays the guide’s own expenses. Expected guest costs will be discussed before the tour.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Cancellations made from 72 hours to 7 full days before the tour receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made more than 7 full days before the tour receive a full refund. All deadlines are based on the exact tour start time in Japan Standard Time. If yamaapan cancels, you will receive a full refund. If a typhoon, earthquake, or major public transportation shutdown prevents the tour from operating safely, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Booking with confidence

Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. Your tour is confirmed only after yamaapan accepts the request in writing and you complete the secure payment step.
Tours normally begin at 9:00 AM Japan Standard Time for a private group of up to 4 guests. The Tokyo First-Timer Private Tour lasts 7 hours. The meeting point and any different start time are agreed together in advance.
The Tokyo tour price is US$300 per private group of up to 4 guests, charged in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees. The tour price covers yamaapan’s private guiding service. Guests pay only their own meals, transportation, admission tickets, and facility or activity fees directly to the relevant providers. These amounts depend on the agreed itinerary and will be discussed before payment. yamaapan pays the guide’s own expenses.
Less than 72 hours before the tour or a no-show: no refund. From 72 hours to 7 full days before the tour: 50% refund. More than 7 full days before the tour: full refund. Deadlines use the exact tour start time in Japan Standard Time. If yamaapan cancels, you receive a full refund. If a typhoon, earthquake, or major transportation shutdown prevents safe operation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

When you contact yamaapan, you may provide your name, email address or WhatsApp phone number, preferred tour and date, group size, dietary requirements, interests, accessibility needs, and other details you choose to share.
Your information is used to respond to your request, plan and provide the tour, arrange booking or payment steps, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold.
Booking requests are stored in yamaapan’s private booking dashboard. Google services are used for booking emails, WhatsApp is used when you choose it as your contact method, Stripe processes card payments, and confirmed tour dates and generic tour titles are added to yamaapan’s private iCloud Calendar. Those providers apply their own privacy policies.
If you submit a tour review, your rating, review text, optional display name, any attached photos, and permission to publish are saved in a private review inbox. Photos are stored privately; standard embedded camera metadata is removed before storage. Reviews and photos are used to improve tours and are only displayed on this website with your permission. A daily network fingerprint is used to limit automated submissions; your IP address is not stored with the review.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent, email yamahayy.job@gmail.com. Some records may be kept when reasonably required for bookings, accounting, safety, or legal obligations.

After yamaapan reviews and accepts a request, full advance payment is made by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe Checkout page sent by email or WhatsApp, according to your chosen contact method. Payment is due when completing that checkout. The guiding service is provided on the tour date and at the start time agreed in writing.
A request is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation occurs after written acceptance and successful payment. The cancellation and refund conditions stated in the Booking Terms above apply. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
